Decentralized music streaming?

Hello first, I'm a new user of musicbee and it has quickly overtaken winamp and my other music players!, great work!

I stumbled across hiphop which is like popcorn time but for music,  When searching, the app will use iTunes and Last.fm to display song results (with cover, title, artist). It will then try to find the best match for this song on Youtube and stream the highest quality audio stream.

No torrents, completely decentralized. and found they released their source code on git, would it be possible to include this as a plugin into musicbee ? to be able to stream music directly into the player from different sources?
