Remove empty Directory?

If I organise my Library automaticly, it could be the case, that I rename a Album. In this case, the Titles are moved to a new directory and the current directory becomes empty. How can i delete such a empty directory automaticly?

The folder should delete automatically, unless there are some other files left in there.
