How do I have tracks I add to playlists automatically add to my music library & library directory folder?

I don't think you can. Playlists are just a list of paths to music files, which may or may not also be in your library. Automatically adding files to your library is done by monitoring your specified folders for changes - it's not connected to playlists as such.
