File organizer: split flac with cue

Hi,

MusicBee (correctly) shows songs in a single flac file + cue. But using "file organizer" it still wants to use one big flac file only. Am I supposed to split the file myself?
(in case the answer is yes: can I do it from MusicBee or should I download another program?)

I believe you can use the format converter to split it into multiple files. Right click > Send to > Format converter.

is the format converter going to reduce the audio quality going from one flac -> multiple flac? Or is it smart enough?
