Double Click in Artwork view

For some reason it seems to me that double click on Album Artwork (in the Artwork view) should navigate to the tracks rather than play the album. Particularly as a lot of my albums are incomplete.  Should the default behaviour change?  Any other views?

where you can see the tracks in the selected album in a panel down the bottom. If that was done would you still need the double click behavior?
