I would like an option to install and have the archive on another drive than c.

i'm not sure if i have understood your request, but if you refer to creating a library, there is no restriction on which drive you can create a new one.
Just choose File/ New/ Library and it will let you choose the drive and folder to create a new library

I did try that on the PC I use as a media player and when I restarted the application I got a can't find the data base message

Also on that PC I did try to uninstall and then reinstall the program.
I then got a message that the lidrary was not to found.
When I tried to make a new library the the error box came up.

And that was using the default options when installing
