It's been a while since my last MusicBee icon, so here's a new minimal style one complete with 16x16 32x32 48x48 and 256x256 versions.
You can use it through Edit>Preferences>General>Select icon:

An MB icon to me should be something that says, handling music with sweet nectar   So something kinda cute for those who normally have an aversion to the sight of bees, something colourful, please don't be offended but this looks like an icon an anti-virus software would use, it has sharp points where central is the sting, is only two colours... therefore is aggressive and cold.  In the case of MB, the original icon is way good enough to take inspiration from in order to build on the theme that it already sets. imho.

Not offended at all, to each his own .  I generally prefer most of my visuals minimal and simple, and for icons and computer graphics i like them simple and flat.

I recently started using the extremely beautiful and well designed DarkMetro Skins and thought something simpler and monochrome would fit best with it.
