Author Topic: Why are some legitimate posts sent to Rubbish Bin?  (Read 3358 times)

I noticed some threads are just sent to Rubbish Bin without any explanation about the reason. I don't know who makes such decision, but if I were the OP of such threads I wouldn't appreciate such treatment at all. Besides, what's the point of having that board? It provides, probably as opposed to the original intention, unnecessary attention to those threads. Better just leave them in their respective board to be buried deep.

I agree.

This thread reported a legitimate concern and if anyone else encounters a similar problem it might be useful to them: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=8931.0

Likewise, this one might be helpful to others: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=8065.0

This thread is a question that's been rehashed a million times, yes, but the person could be referred to the FAQ: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=11552.0

This one is silly, but I'm pretty sure meant to be a compliment: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=12310.0

The others, yeah, non-constructive.  But as redwing says, probably better just to ignore them.  Or if they're really bad enough to get rid of, just delete them.  I'm not for deleting anything, in principle, though.

I delete spam.

That, yes.  If it's truly unrelated.
