Playlists Syncedto Phone Out of Order

I have my playlists arranged alphabetically for some playlists and by artist for others. However, when I sync them to my phone as m3u's, they show up all in the wrong order in Google Play Music. I already used the "Update Play Order" function in MusicBee so I know it isn't that. Somewhere in the sync process, the songs are shuffled out of order. How can I fix this? Is this fixable?
