Allow Creation of .m3u8 files.

Just had to write a little application using tasker on my android phone so that all my .m3u files are renamed to .m3u8. Without this any song with an apostrophe or other funky character would not work in poweramp.

It would be sweet to just have the export option as .m3u8.

This shouldn't be very hard to implement - nothing in the file is actually changed, just a renaming is all it takes!

This is making it pretty annoying to sync to certain Android players. For example, Poweramp, when given an m3u file, ignores the unicode tracks, but when given an m3u8, works perfectly.
