DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance). Would love to see this to have MB running on other certified devices, such as Xbox. Maybe in 3.x this will show up, not sure how much work (coding) it would take, Just a thought. Theater Mode would be a great interface perhaps. this would definitely put MB in a class of it's own.      Any thoughts?

Alternatively, as a quick solution, we can use the server already built in windows. Just need to have "Play To" context menu item, e.g. propogated directly from the explorer's context.

So to clarify the scenario: you choose the file(s), right click on them, see the "Play to" point, hover on it and see the list of the available devices.

Unless I've misunderstood how DLNA works, you wouldn't see MusicBee "running" on your other devices.

MusicBee would act as a server which would allow music to be streamed to and played on certified renderer devices, but they would still use their own interface for selecting and queuing content.
Bee excellent to each other...

DLNA is the only thing that misses from this excellent program! if only it had dlna support it would be the best by far!
