Currently I am using a separate window for the lyrics right of the MusicBee window. (see linked screenshot)
I think I tried all configurations but I was not able to have one panel for the lyrics and another one for the current title/playlist.
Maybe I am wrong and someone can tell me what the setting would be.
Otherwise I would appreciate if it would be possible in a future version to have lyrics in a different/additional panel and not a separate window or the same panel as the current title. I like to use the complete monitor height for the lyrics and dont want to scroll through the lyrics.
Furthermore I couldn't figure out how to put the current title above the playlist in the right panel.

Btw. I just switched from Winamp and asked myself why I didn't hear about MusicBee earlier. ;-)
