Add ability to resize encoding window

Not a priority but when transferring to a portable device and encoding on the fly, the "status" window isn't re-sizable.  That'd be a great addition. Thank you!

It would also be nice if there was an overall progress indication as well.  Something similar to Winamp's sync queue would be nice where you could see all the sync tasks and the status of each (pending, encoding, copying, etc.) along with a percent complete and estimated remaining time would be really nice.

Pretty sure this was requested before at some point, but +1 again.  I'd at least like to know how much is done vs how much is left.
