As I remember, the last.fm plugin for Songbird had a tagging button (to add tags to last.fm) right next to the "Love" button in the player controls panel. It had suggested tags (based on what you had already submitted for other songs) with "add" buttons next to them.
Seeing this in MusicBee would be great. One difference that I really suggest is the ability to add tags to both the online data AND the local metadata. Eventually being able to fetch suggested tags from last.fm would be great as well, as opposed to relying on tags one has already used.
