This is my first try at creating a skin so I thought that I would share it.  If it isn't unique enough from prior skins, then you can just ignore it.  If the skin name has already been used, please let me know.  I did a search and didn't see another by the same name.

The skin is a bit of a cross between the prior Midnight and Iron Pyrite skins.

My screenshots were saving washed out so I reduced the window to get a better shot....you basically get the idea, I think.

Album and Tracks View:

If you like the skin colors, I also took the time to create some color coordinated theater views for the skin...nothing fancy but I did change a few display items in appearance and certain fonts, etc.  These are also downloadable as well.

I've never tried to share any files from mediafire, so let me know if the downloads don't work.

Feel free to provide any feedback on the skin.  Be gentle, this is my first one...LOL.

Thanks!

Great work! All the skin and TM views look great. I hope you enjoyed your first skinning. Thanks for sharing these!

just a heads up, if you reduce the MB window to 800 then take the screenshot and save as png then all your colors and the full effect will be visible on high res displays in this forum - at the moment your screenshots looks too small to see your work properly.

Turned out quite nicely after all your hard work, stopbrickwalling
Nice holistic touch with the Theater views.

I must admit I did think this "Moonshine"

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Based upon MRAD's comment, I eliminated the width restriction on the screenshots so they will show larger.  The yellow font (RGB 255,184,77) still shows washed out but you can see the screenshot details better.

Okay...I went back and replaced the screenshots so you can see better now without them being quite so big.

Thanks!

Hey Bee-liever,

Wouldn't your type of "moonshine" be clear and therefore a skin with no color at all?   ;D

Just wondering....LOL.

Please be sure to add your skin to the wiki!  There are step-by-step directions for how to do it on the skins page.

FYI, the skin has now been uploaded to the Wiki.

Also, for other newbies that ask what each line controls, I made notes after many of the lines that tells what those lines control.
It's not all inclusive, but it may help anyone trying to learn about skinning as a supplement to the Wiki and this forum.

Thanks to forum members for helping me out when I came upon a question.

I made a couple minor updates to the skin....very subtle changes.  Main differences were to change Now Playing bdr from yellow to gray.....and also changed Album and Tracks separator line from gray to blue.

I updated the download link and screenshots in the first post for this thread.

Here's the updated download:

have you considered using the left navigator icons from the newer skins? I think they would look much better with this skin.
You can see them/ get them from the Calcium skin
