I'd like to be able to disable the prompts when deleting files and playlists.

i.e. I always want to only delete the playlist, never the files in it. And when deleting from my library, I always want to delete the files, not just remove them from the library.

+1 for disabling the playlist prompt.

You can already hard delete files by using SHIFT+DELETE.  There is an option in Preferences to disable the prompt for this (assuming you're on the most recent patch).

recently (2.2.4984) the window asking if I want to delete files from the computer or from the playlist only doesn't appear. On default it deletes files from playlist only, which is annoying, cause I need to find those files and delete them on my own.

How to set this dialogue window back?

HHM, the change (and how to work around it) is explained here: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=10526.0

Added: actually, maybe I misread what you're asking about.  You can use SHIFT+DELETE to remove files from the computer as well as a playlist.

I use files ticking a lot. So if I have some files I want to delete ticked, I use right click menu, chose "select ticked files" (btw - this step is unnecessary imho, as ticking should be equal to selecting), then I have delete button in right click menu - using it makes files get deleted only from playlist (without dialogue window) and it's annoying, as I don't have choice :)

I agree with this.

You should be able to turn that prompt back on in General Preferences.  This discussion and the Safer Delete of Playlists discussion are about deleting the playlists themselves, not just selected tracks within playlists.
