How can I indicate that MusicBee should "automatically switch to the Mini Player after playback is started" ?
In preferences I see only "automatically switch to the Compact Player after playback is started".

But there are some problems with these parameters

Thanks for the reply, but the topic you mention is not exactly the same as intended for starting MusicBee.

My question is related to :
- Musicbee is started
- I select something and press play
- As indicated in the preferences, Musicbee switches then to the Compact Player

And that's the point : I want the Mini Player

Oh I see. So request it on the Wishlist forum (or maybe admin can move this post).

I see that in MusicBee_Setup_2_3_5133.zip changes related to the mini-player have been implemented.

It's a pitty that it's still not possible to indicate in the settings that the mini-player should be used instead of the compact-player (which is always in the way) when playing has been started

Thank you very much !!!
I tried it immediately, and it's exactly what I had in mind and it's working great.
IMHO a small but great improvement
