Questions / Tag values not remembered anymore

Hi everyone,

I noticed that when I'm filling custom tag values they are not remembered (stored?) anymore. Usually when I added a new tag value, the next time I wanted to fill it in it popped up in a choice list. This doesn't happen anymore. Any idea?

And when I'm at it, is it possible to have these tags displayed somewhere, so I can edit them and they automatically change the (corrected) value to the entry where it was initially filled in?

Questions / Correcting names

Hello everyone,
after quite some searching I can't seem to find what is perhaps a rather obvious method for correcting names.
I made a custom field "Composer". Is there a way to display the list of all the composers and correct (edit, rename) the wrong names so that they merge with the correct name already present in the list?

Do you remember those first CDs with indexes within a track?
Can MusicBee detect indexes within tracks and skip to them, like we usually do with the tracks themselves nowadays?

Questions / Tag Title from Filename

Hello everyone,
I would like to change the Title tag using the filename (Infer and Update Tags from Filename) but... in my filename the first characters refer to the Track# like this: "01. Title of the track - Artist - etc"
Can I leave out the Track# from the Title tag so that the result would be "Title of the track - Artist - etc"?

Questions / Rename/Correct tags

Hello,

I've been searching for some time but can't find a solution to this problem.
I've got a big classical music library and created some custom tags for it. Now some of these tags contain errors.
E.g. in my Conductor tag the same conductor Gerard Schwarz is sometimes written as Gerhard Schwarz.
Is it possible to correct this throughout my entire library without having to search for and select each erroneous tag?

Questions / Import custom tags from JRiver Media Center

Hello everyone,

I recently switched from JRiver Media Center to MusicBee.
In MC I created some custom tags (orchestra, chorus, soloists, etc) for my classical music collection.
I already created my music library in MusicBee.
Is it possible to import these custom tags to MusicBee and how should I proceed?
