Yes all around. I'm trying to start a digital library for our community radio station so I wanted something I could add music to on my computer and then take to the  station for the DJs to use. Am I going to have to go through the install process every time as a result?

I'm also having a problem where I'll add music on my computer to files on the external and then add them to the musicbee library. Then when I plug the external into the DJ computer, the music isn't in the library anymore even though I can still see the files in the folder.

I have installed musicbee portable on an external hard drive but every time I go open musicbee it wants me to reinstall it. What am I missing?

I'm sure I'm just being dense here but I cannot find the corresponding 'inbox' folder in the library folder or anywhere else for that matter. I'm just trying to figure out where to unzip these music files to.

Full story is I'm trying to get a digital library going for my community radio station. I would like musicbee and all the music to exist on an external hard drive so that it can be plugged into the DJ computer to access as a digital library but can then be plugged into my computer to update and add music.

I'm not exactly a wiz with this stuff so bear with me if this is super basic.
