a very over-engineered example of column pinning, expanding, auto-sizing, etc is in a file explorer program called directory opus.  it has a system for this that could be as granular as desired.

here is a link to the online documentation for that feature, its also a great program for anyone into file organization

this request is for the ability to 'pin' a column's width, so when selecting the option to 'auto size in all columns' a specific column could remain at a fixed width, while all others are auto sized.

this applies to the 'tracks' view or any view using detail columns.

would like ability to edit blank square to album cover, artist picture, custom, etc.

something really cool would be an image that fits into the square, which groups all the album cover images into a grid.

is there a way to select a track; whether it is in the now playing pane, the main libary, or a playlist and go to that artist in the musicbee explorer?  or any kind of shortcut to do that?

in other words, im listening to a track and i want to go that artist in the explorer tab.  can i right-click the track and do that somehow?

searching by the 'album artist' field would also be useful for the album artist panel in musicbee.
