Questions / Can't sort music in auto playlist sourced from folders by dragging them

When I creat an auto playlist sourced from folders, I can't sort music in the playlist by draging them. As shown in the picture, the music stay still after I release the left mouse button. Hoping to fix this bug. Thanks.
