In the interest of actually trying to learn something…I'm getting the same error and I copied the updated tags. Still don't know what's wrong
Why do the bottom 4 virtual tag examples use <> instead of []?
I tried making the release type tag, but the formula is giving me a parse error @ >,"_",16)
updated
Added a virtual tag formula that can be used to nicely display genres in the Track Information panel without getting them cut-off on one single line when there are a lot of them.
It's explained in post #2
Just downloaded this, and am encountering a crash every time I navigate away from the Visualizer tab, then return to the Visualizer tab. So, for example, I'll launch Milkdrop from View > Start visualizer, then head back to the Music tab in order to change songs, and if I click the Visualizer tab it crashes, guaranteed. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both MusicBee and Milkdrop, but the results are the same.
I love the visualizer, and all the defaults in MusicBee are laughably terrible, so this is all very disappointing, and if anyone knows of a fix, please let me know.
EDIT: I have no idea as to whether or not this is relevant, but the MusicBee skin I'm using is Dark-Metro DarkORANGE.
Exact same issue for me. Currently running a fully up to date version of Windows 10 on a Ryzen 1700 system with an RTX 2080, but the crashes happened on my older GTX 1070 as well. My skin is PureNight blue, if that matters.
Greetings!
I'm looking for ideas for enhancing my Theatre Mode collection that I've cobbled together using various bits of XML found on MB Forums.
Not sure if this is already in place but I'm looking for a method of fine tuning the selection of images that MB returns from it's searches.
I'd like to be able to set Google to search for TM 'Gallery' or 'Artist Pictures' based loosely on track release year, colour pics, landscape only, full screen etc. to get displayed as track starts playing...
Best regards: Freddy
