Questions / how do i add a delay before each song in a playlist?

i want to add a 3 second delay before the beginning of each song in only one of my playlists.
(e.g. play playlist: song 1 --> 3 sec silence --> song 2 --> 3 sec silence --> song 3... etc.)


is this possible? if so, how?
