Questions / WAV tags: sample & bit rates

Hello again!

Another thing I've found when importing WAV files that have been mixed down in Cubase is that MusicBee shows both the sample rate and bitrate as Unknown! Is there any way I can effectively re-tag these files with this info?

Questions / Switching between 44.1 and 48 sample rate problem AND library explorer issue

Hi there. I use a Focusrite Scarlet audio interface as my soundcard, and as a home recording artist I am now recording audio at 48kHz. I have noticed however that MusicBee doesn't seem to like changing from 44.1kHz to 48kHz. I don't think the issue is with the Focusrite interface, because I also use a program called Waveshop which happily plays both 44.1 and 48kHz files when using the Focusrite. I can bypass the issue by just converting my files down to 44.1, but I'd prefer not to if possible. Any ideas?

Also, this latest version of MusicBee's library explorer seems unnecessarily fiddly - If I go to a playlist but then want to return to an artist outside of the playlist I have to go back to the Music library first, and when doing so, the library explorer defaults back to the top of the alphabetical list instead of staying where I'd left it! Does this count as a bug or just a design change that I don't like much?
