The version 3.5.8429 is crashing on me everytime I try to open the Web Browser. The error log is as follows;

Very well said Phred! I have been using MB for hell of a long time and apart from a bug here and there, which I can say, are rectified immediately by Steven, it works without any hitches for long hours. I used it virtually every day, both the desktop and the portable versions. For me, it is the best programme in its genre and believe me, I have tried almost all others!

This observation is more of a nuisance than anything else. Suppose an album is in the inbox and is "auto-tag by Album" through the right-click on the total tracks of the album. In that case, the number of tracks remaining in the inbox is not updated even though "add to the library" is selected in the "Album Auto Tagger" window.

Hi, Thanks for such an excellent programme. I use the web browser a lot but recently I have been receiving messages that some sites do not support the version. Any chance of getting an update or maybe changing the browser to Chromium? Is there any way to change the browser itself to some other one which might be installed already on the computer?

I use MB virtually daily, and I do not find this problem. I am using Version No 3.5.8260 P. I think you are clicking on the "silent" part, which MB skips as far as I know. Also, what is the point of cutting to the next track when MB does it automatically unless you specify to stop at that particular track?

I found out the culprit behind this error:

If one enables Quick Tagger by A100X, it will interfere with Additional Tag Tools by boroda.Tthe additional tag tools would not load and would produce the error posted above.

MusicBee Wishlist / Ability to seach for duplicates by signature rather than title and artist

It would be helpful if duplicates are marked as such through their signature rather than through the same title and artist. As it is, MB is missing duplicates because of inconsistencies in the way the title or artist is written and thus it will be missed altogether. A space or a comma in one of the tags would miss a duplicate altogether.

Thanks all for your replies. i agree with Steven that maybe it is peculiar of Spotify not  to let other music programmes open their streams. It is just that I wanted to add some tracks from them to my playlist and I prefer MB over any other player. It is just the best programme on the net and I would not even dream of changing to any other.

I just found out the option to open a stream from the file menu of MB Ver 3.5.8109 P and thought to give it a try opening a stream from Spotify. I was given the error code Unable to open stream (BASS_ERROR_Unknown). Is it a bug or has it something to do with Spotify? I would like to apologise if I posted this in the wrong forum.

I have been MusicBee for a very long time and use it on a daily basis and never had that problem,. I am using it on the latest version of Windows 10! Ebojager, you should check your installation of Windows 10 which has a mind of its own.
