8 years but have been using it very less in the last few years on PC. But I'll never go away from MB. I just wish its developed for Android phones which is my primary go to device for music now.

Let me be honest. Unlike in the past when I used to listen to music on my laptop, today I am spending very little time on my laptop for the same. I'm spending more time watching movies & browsing on laptop whereas for music I'm on my phone full time.

This caused a major shift from MusicBee that was my primary source of listening to music in the past because I was spending more time with my laptop back then to searching for the best music players on Android every now and then today. This fact is hard to endure but it is the truth, and not just with me but with most of the people out there.

Keeping that in mind, if there was one app that I really wanted on my phone, it would be MusicBee. If I did a complete reformat of my phone, it will be the first app that I would install in a heartbeat because I can't live without music & inbuilt floating lyrics.

Any thoughts or developments here?

I've brought this topic into light before. Just like we share skins, is it possible to share Custom UI here, because many of them here have customized the interface so amazingly but noobs like me don't know how to set like that.

Rocket Player is very good, one of the best imo. Still, as every other app Rocket Player requires additional dsp that can sound spatialization process .
I hate music playing inside my head. I need to space in music! Finally, i've found Neutron Music Player:

I'd like to know where do you guys download your songs from. Preferably, I'd like sites that offers MP3's in 256kbps or higher formats.

MusicBee Wishlist / Overhaul the Preferences/Settings Menu [Ideas/Mock-ups]

The way I see it, the Settings menu is a little too crowded and unintuitive. I think it needs an overhaul, and should be more user friendly.

Any ideas for the same are welcome. Maybe some mock-up's or the images of settings menu of other apps' can be used as reference.

Nice, but instead of people asking for the same thing over, a Reset button in the preferences would come in handy and is an easier way.

The reason to have Minilyrics on all the time is to download new lyrics, not to display the ones already downloaded or embedded. You can already display karaoke style lyrics as you call it in the musicbee main panel and as a floating window ( which is a much nicer looking interface than the Minilyrics window ) so you wouldn't be losing anything.

Then there would still be a window that would be more annoying than the Minilyrics default skin that is borderless. Your request is good though, but shouldn't be a default option but with a setting.

This should be done only as a setting, because I like the Karaoke style of Minilyrics scrolling up lyrics on Windows. Also if you embed the lyrics in music file you don't need to have Minillyrics running all the time. Also I keep the default setting to bring up Minilyrics through Mouse Over as off, so only when I click on the taskbar, does it feel like a pop-up.

I find that the sound quality of MB is not as good as Foobar or AIMP. What could be wrong? Or are they better in that aspect?

Not everyone goes through the Forum to check for new releases and the latest version of MB for most of them must be 2.5. I suggest Steven to create a download link for new beta versions on the download page, just like most other software's do. This makes it accessible to new users.
