Skins / Re: Dark W10 - High DPI Supported
« on: December 11, 2020, 10:00:58 AM »
Hello, in https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=32142.0 released a version and now we can "For standard skins the last.fm icon can be hidden in the player controls panel using right click/ Panel Layout/ Show Last.fm Scrobble Button".
Can this skin be updated to adapt the new feature?
Thanks!

I have been meaning to make that option clearer. In the General Preferences where it says start minimised - dont tick the box but select Notification Tray and MB will minimise to the Tray

Great!  Thanks a lot!    ::)

Searched topics but didn't find the option in Preferences... Am I too silly to find that? :'(
It would be great if someone post a picture or screenshot of that...
And I'm using MB ver 3.4.7586
Thanks a lot!

Questions / Re: Playlist sorting
« on: August 25, 2020, 04:06:12 AM »
Playlists are sorted first by type, in order of Auto-Playlists, Playlist Mixers, then normal Playlists.
Within each type playlists are displayed alphabetically. (although yours seems to ignore the hypen in the "-Temp-" playlist).

I do not believe there is any way to change that, so you're left with renaming them so they appear in the order you want.
You could mess around with special characters that take precedence over alphabetic characters, but the easiest workaround will just be to number them.

If you need to stop playback for some reason instead of just pausing it, you can hold the Shift key while clicking the Pause button, or assign a shortcut key to the Playback: Stop command. Some skins will show a different Stop icon when you do this, but I don't know if there are any that display separate Pause and Stop buttons.

Maybe I'm gonna just name them with a number in the start, thank you!

To follow on from Zak's reply, Ctrl+S is the default hotkey for Stop Playing, although this can be amended to your choice through Edit > Edit Preferences > Hotkeys > Playback:Stop.

To have a specific stop button showing in the player as well as the play/pause button, you'll need to use a skin where this has been included by the designer.  These are becoming quite popular in recent months and I know they are included in some of the skins that I use which have been designed by diego and Clarence as well as a few others. Check out the posts by these designers to see if there's something that appeals to you.
It works, thank you!

Questions / Playlist sorting
« on: August 24, 2020, 11:02:49 AM »

Hello there, I'm looking for a way to order my playlists in some ways, by name or manually, but I cannot do any change, it's uncontrollable.
Please give me some advice, thank you mates!

Also, is it possible to add a "stop" controller icon here?

I'm guessing you're not using the album artist tag. If album artist is not used, MB uses the artist as the album artist making it seem like separate albums. Try using "Various Artists" as the album artist for all the tracks in this album
You saved me!

Hi, there:
In the "Album and Song" mode, songs in the same album is separated because of various singers.
How do I put them together under one album in this mode?
