Ok, got it working. Also the icons next to "music", "now playing", "podcast", I managed to enable them.
But the icons next to artist, album, bitrate....I can't find it...

I must be doing something wrong bc I can't get the icons to become visible :-(
There also seems a little bug as artist and title are not good aligned on the bottom of the screen (should be left, next to buttons or centered I think)

@phred I see your build version is higher than mine (and the last posted by Steven). Maybe he already fixed it...we shall see
@HirriAshana92 yes but I didn't have this behaviour with previous version. I doesn't have to give a warning the only thing that has changed is the currently playing song, and I changed that myself :-)

Hi,
I just switched from 3_3_7491 to 3_4_7586 and I noticed a difference that looks like a bug (to me).
When I start a new song by double clicking on it Windows Explorer, the song start playing and button of the program becomes orange. That wasn't the case in the previous version.

MusicBee Wishlist / VU meter options

I'd like to see some more options for the VU-component. Now you can only choose between peak and VU.
If you look into Audacity for example, there are more options like refresh rate and range (I have -120 dB to 0 dB).

« on: August 16, 2020, 04:58:30 PM »Useful, but it will still not replace spek that I'm using to check if song is fake mp3 or anything like that because it doesn't show numbers on any of the sides of the spectrum, so i can't guess where it goes above 16 kHz and 20khz.
I think it would be more readable/usefull if it showed a scale 2kHZ/4kHZ/.../20kHZ/22kHZ like Spek does. If you show values like 17226.56 and 20671.88, its normal you think its ugly.
Also using mm:ss as time-format, like Spek, would be nice (perhaps make it optional?)
Seekbar not working atm, but no big deal atm.

by rechecking the screenshot I also noticed something strange with the time of the queue in the very right-bottom corner. It shows "11:19:17". No idea where that comes from.

What I did
- Searched for "Pink Floyd" and double clicked on the track "High Hopes" to play. MB added all other songs to the queue in random order, wich is normal bc shuffle is on
- While playing that song, I searched for "Deep Purple". Right click on te track "Child in Time" and choose to play it as next.
- Now I wanted to delete all other Pink Floyd songs from the queue. I was able to do so, but it changed the currently playing song from "High Hopes" (you can see below) to "Child in Time". "Child in Time" is now 2 times in the queue. The audio is still correct.

Bug Reports / Visual glitch - spectrum analyzer freezes when song ends

Not all songs fade to blank at the end (songs fom a mixed-cd for example). When you play a song like this, and the song ends, the spectrum analyzer freezes. This only happens in Mini player.
As soon as you hover its fixed and there is nothing blocking about it, so this is surely not a high priority, just wanted to mention.
I've included a screenshot. As you can see the song is ended (time says 0:00/-4:12), the spectrum analyzer still hanging.
