Beedownloader didn't do the trick for me. 
I used
http://www.mediafire.com/download/pkhy169yxp306ti/mb_WebBrowser.zip
webbrowser link for for MusicBee 3.0+users on this forumby Steven.
In that browser i go to
http://www.listentoyoutube.com/index.php
and make this a favorite (righthandknob)
if a youtube opens up now i copy the adres click on the lefthandknob (wich tabs my favorites) and open listentoyoutube.
paste the youtube URL
hit GO
Another screen tells me conversion is ongoing and gives me a mp3 download link.
hit DOWNLOAD
and your mp3 file starts downloading or if you choose direct playing in musicbee.
