Questions / How to always queue a track/album after the current playing track?

If I queue tracks after I move some tracks in the playing queue, the queued tracks are not always added immediately after the current playing track. How to force newly queued tracks to be always after the current playing track?

Please bring back the classic volume slider or at least add an option to enable/disable it. I use this control often and it's much faster to have a full slider than to click on it or using the mouse wheel.

If I search something on the Search input box and then pick let's say a playlist from the left nav bar, is there a way to auto reset the search text and display the whole playlist without manually deleting the search text?

Update to the latest patch (see my signature) try again and report back.

Thanks. Just before seeing your post I re-saved all my rated files after activating the option Store Ratings in the Music File from Preferences -> Tags (1). Many of my older ratings existed only in the MB database and a file rescan could simple erase them.

EDIT: I tested the patched version and the issue is fixed.

I don't remember this happening on past versions. I'm using the version 3.4.7628 P. Please fix this bug.

In addition to psychoadept's suggestion, can't you just mouse over the player control bar/volume icon and control the volume with the mouse wheel up/down?  No "click" needed; the number will sync to match the wheel.   I never went back to a "slider" after I realized how easy/faster that was.  May possibly be skin-dependent, but I haven't used a stock skin it didn't work with.

I know that but I want the bar to be always visible in order to set the volume right away without going through all steps. It's much easier and more efficient to simply click where the volume must be than to rotate the mouse wheel until you get the right volume.

Sadly the latest MB update came with an annoyance: the volume bar is hidden behind an icon. That control is very used and clicking on that number every time I need to change the volume is so annoying. Please add an option to make the volume bar always visible.

However I already updated MB to 3.2.6902. I don't know what changed between this version and 3.2.6748 or it had any effect on that bug.

Hi. Since an earlier version of MB3 there is an annoying bug where the cover art unexpectedly disappears. The cover art reappears after I select other pages (e.g. a different playlist). Probably it's an issue related to the repainting the UI. My current MB version is 3.2.6748.

Do you mean a virtual tag?

You can fix this in your virtual tag template.  Instead of just the tag, use this:

$IsNull(<Tag>,,<Tag>", ")

(The comma in quotes would only be needed when you want a comma before the next part, otherwise you can drop that portion)

That depends on the context.  Where are you seeing it?

I use a custom tag to show Album Artist - Album (Year, Genre, Album Duration) on the header of an album (group by Path). If there is a missing field, instead being blank it displays Unknown something.
