MusicBee API / MusicBee Library, access from WinRT app?

I need a player just for playing music (yes, like Theater mode).
It should have access to my MusicBee library, so I can pick preconfigured playlists (autoplaylists, radio-playlists).
I'm not programmer, so just wondering, if it physically possible to create such an app for MetroUI.
I don't mean WinRT, just a player for good ol' Windows 8 on a computer where MusicBee is installed.

Just a couple of ideas about scrobbling radio streams.

1) MusicBee scrobbles songs from streams just after the song end.
But if you listen to the song for say 3 minutes and then press stop, nothing scrobbles.
I think it should scrobble in 2 minutes after the song starts.

2) When you start listening to the stream, the first song you hear would never scrobble.
I think it's not correct behaviour, song should scrobble if it lasts over than 30 seconds (afaik, half a minute is the last.fm rule about minimum length of the song).

MusicBee Wishlist / Deleted files and playback

When there is a deleted file in playlist, playback stops and popup appears. Awful.
Imo, track should be marked with grey color and playback should continue.

MusicBee Wishlist / Extended auto-playlists

What means extending of auto-playlist?
Extended playlist is composed of blocks, where one block equals to usual auto-playlist.

Let me explain what I mean with a simple example.
We'll make a playlist that sounds like an ordinary radio.


One string here is equal to separate auto-playlist:

[Music Library] [Genre is Punk] [Year is after 2009]
[Inbox] [Genre Category is Rock] [limit to 2 items]
[Music Library] [Genre is Pop] [Rating is greater than ****]
[Podcasts] [Date Added is after 13.05.2010]


So we’ll get a playlist with:
-   1 fresh punk song
-   2 rock songs
-   1 famous pop song
-   1 podcast

We have to add loop now, this is it.

For users there is no need for registration because of OpenID/Facebook/Twitter authorization support.
