Questions / Playlist: 1 track per album

...actually trying to do this for podcasts. What I'd like is just one track per podcast (album). I'm looking through the playlist maker, and not seeing any way to do it. Not under "Match the following rules", not under "Limit to..." (where I'd think it would be).

Any ideas? Did I just cruise right by it?

So, using Musicbee as a podcatcher. There is an option for filtering by Date Added, but not for Episode Date. Is there a workaround, or can we request this as a feature?

Bug Reports / Musicbee crashes on podcast end/start?

So I use Musicbee primarily as a podcatcher/player. Lately, it has picked up a really annoying habit. I've set up an auto-playlist of podcasts (actually, several). When it finishes a podcast and moves on to the next, it suddenly crashes. When I restart, it doesn't have the last podcast marked as played.

MusicBee v.3.3.7310 (it did it with the last version as well...)
Windows 10.

Error log only lists some download errors.

Recently Musicbee has gotten an annoying habit.
I have a number of playlists of podcasts. It starts one, then, when the podcast is done, instead of switching to the next one, it just crashes. When you restart, the record of playing the podcast is gone (as if you hadn't just finished playing it.)

Questions / Path has value rule no longer works

Just updated to 3.3.7261. All my auto-playlists were empty.

Digging into the settings, I found the "Path has value" rule is not working, and instead just filters out everything. As I use it to keep MB from bothering with undownloaded files (some of the podcasts I listen to go back a decade or more...) I'd kinda like to have that back. Or at least a workaround.

Questions / Only most recent podcast of several

So, I listen to a LOT of podcasts. I recently trimmed my subscription list to "just" 80.

What I would like to do is make a active playlist that just plays one (the most recent) of several podcasts. So if I have a list of say 20 podcasts, the smart playlist will only show the most recent (unplayed) episodes of those 20.

I've played around with the rules, but can't quite make it work. Anyone have an idea?
