I would call these bugs, but I realize how few people use very big monitors with increased DPI.
1. Most parts of the Preferences dialog do not accomodate the Windows DPI setting properly. When using a high DPI value (say, the basic 125% zoom in Windows 7), this causes the lower parts of letters to be truncated in all drop-down menus. The menus in the CD Ripping category somehow do not suffer from this issue. Maybe whatever approach was used there can be ported to the other tabs? The screenshots below show the difference:
Probably for the same reason, the last track in the Rip CD dialog is hidden behind the checkbox names:
2. On some monitors, there is enough room to get rid of most (or all) scroll bars in the Preferences dialog. Can the size of this dialog be made adjustable? If not, can MB check to see how much room there is, and set the height accordingly?
