Questions / Restoring Tags using additional tagging tools

I had to move my musicbee database to a new PC. Previously on my old PC I would make it a habit to back up all my tags just in case I would need to restore them, on the new PC using additional tools I tried to restore the tags from my previous PC but it did not work, I must be doing something wrong, any ideals ? The errorn I get indicates the baseline.bbl file does not exist....

List of artists in MusicBee library statistics don't match. I have 946 artists listed in my library statistics but in reality I have 950 based on the folder count. Just want to make sure I am not doing something wrong, all my artists are in one directory.

Maybe a silly question, is there a way either through MB or a specific skin where I can get a 10 star rating system as apposed to five ?

Questions / Playlist Menu

Recently transferred MusicBee to a new PC, everything went well except when I want to add a song to a playlist the playlist menu doesn't show all the playlists even though they are visible under the playlists tab, this wasn't an issue on my other PC. It basically doesn't allow me to scroll down my playlist menu. Hope I'm being clear enough.

Questions / Library Statistics / Artist Count

Wondering if anyone has an idea how I can fix library statistics as it pertains to artist count. Example, I have 54 James Taylor tracks but when I go to library stats it shows 99 tracks, John Lennon and Paul McCartney as solo artists are also incorrect.

Greatly appreciate any help, my apologies if I posted this in the wrong place...
