Questions / Syncing music to iPad ios 5.1.1

Ok so I installed the ipod/iphone driver and followed all the instructions and have even managed to get the songs to copy onto my iTunes and managed to sync to my device but after adding some new songs to my MusicBee library, they don't update onto the iTunes one unless I re-copy my entire MusicBee library over to iTunes using the driver. Is there a setting or easier way for me to transfer songs without copying the entire library again just to get have the new songs I added?
