Hi all,

Is there a way to have MusicBee display the album art of the selected track instead of the playing track? I've been poking around at the settings and haven't found a way to control which track it shows the art for.

Thanks all!

Bug Reports / Splash startup shows MusicBee 3.0 in 6690
« on: April 28, 2018, 03:13:04 PM »
Small visual bug. When I updated to latest beta (6690 at time of this writing), the splash screen on startup shows 3.0 instead of 3.2.

Questions / (resolved) Auto-organization not auto organizing?
« on: April 28, 2018, 02:56:27 PM »
Hey folks,

I just built a new PC and forgot to back up my MB settings. So... I'm going back through and re-tweaking stuff. I'm finding that MB now isn't auto-organizing my files. Even when trying on a single file, I change the tag but the actual file doesn't change.

Auto-organize is checked.

Is it because my music lives on a NAS? I slightly remember making a virtual device for the NAS, but I don't remember why.

Hey Steven,

I get an error every time I click on the "organisation" button in settings next to the automatically sweep new file action. Details below.

Bug Reports / [solved] Error making auto-playlist (on 6/11 build)
« on: June 12, 2016, 02:33:46 AM »
Hello,

Triggered this error making an auto-playlist. All I did was make an autoplaylist, add rating as a filter and set it to "is" criteria and 1 as the value.

MusicBee Wishlist / Hotkey to play currently selected track
« on: June 02, 2016, 01:30:23 AM »
One feature I really miss is a way to play the selected song easily. Most music players have a key (typically the "enter" key) to play the selected track, and I've gotten used to that ability. Not trying to say MB needs to be what other players are, just saying it's one of the very few things I find myself missing from other players, but certainly not so much that it largely impacts my opinion of MB. Even still, it'd be really great if there was a hotkey (or some other easy way to instantly play "this" without double clicking or right-click play now) added to do this.

Thanks for listening/reading!

Hi,

I'm a recent WinAMP convert and I absolutely love MusicBee. I can't say enough good things about it or express what good things you have done with its creation and support.

I tried to search to see if this exists, so I apologize if this is a duplicate report. I'm running the latest version as of 6/1 (3.0.5996).

I've found myself occasionally frustrated with Auto Playlists. The main thing is that they stop autoing tracks, even if they meet the criteria of the list, if they've ever been removed manually.

E.g. I have an autoplaylist for all songs >= 3 stars. I accidentally manually add a song to my auto-playlist that isn't 3 stars (I don't feel like you should be able to do that either, but not strong enough to call it a bug as I'm sure its a feature for some), realize I've accidentally added it, and then delete it from the playlist. If I later mark that song I deleted as 3 stars, it will not ever be added to my auto-playlist. I have to make a new autoplaylist with the same rules to get my song there.
