Questions / Playlists constantly shuffle

The manually created playlists will not stay in their natural order. Every time I click on one, it show up shuffled. I can "Restore Natural Order", but as soon as I navigate away, it shuffles again. Seems to always go to the same shuffled order.
This started happening while I was running MB 2.1.4924. I don't think it was happening when I first installed it.
I recently upgraded to 2.4.5349. Still doing the same thing.
I normally prefer the natural order. How can I lock things down?
