Questions / Questions about lyrics

Hi everyone!
I wanted to ask a few questions about lyrics:
1) I tried to use the search internet feature, but it can't find any lyric. Do I have to install a plugin?
2) If yes, which one should I use? Isaw this 3 in the add-ons page:

which one do you suggest? Do I have to have a musicxmatch account or something like that?

since it has been a while since I used musicbee, Iwanted to know if it's possible to manage my library on my NAS with musicbee now.

Last time I checked it was suggested to avoid it, is still the same?

General Discussions / What does the backup function save exactly?

hi everyone,
I don't really get what exactly the backup function will backup.
My question in particular are:
- Does it save every settings (settings section and customization)?
- Even the path to the library?
- Will it save the added/removed skins and plugins?

Basically my doubt is: if I backup MB, uninstall it, reinstall and restore the backup, will I have everything as I left it?

Questions / Musicbee won't import the library songs

Hi Everyone,
I had to move my music from disk X to Y manually, so without Musicbee. I have MB 3.3.7367 .
Now I'm trying to have MB import my library again using tools->advanced->Rescan all files but it won't work.
I also tried to have the folder scanned on startup and import it directly in the library but still nothing.

How can I make MB import my songs again in the library?

Questions / Help with auto organise

Hi everyone,
I want to use the auto organise function of MB, but I'm not sure how should I set it up.

1) I have my folder on my NAS on \\Delibrid\Musica. Is this the right setting?

2) Since I have two computers, if I check " on startup check for missing or updated files" can it check also for new files? If not, how can I make MB check for new files inside it's library?

Questions / Why only Windows store version can see my network shares?

Hi,
I wanted to ask why if I use the Windows Store version MB can detect my disk Z and Y that are network shares, while the normal version can not.
I wanted to use the normal version so that I could install skins and plugins

Questions / Managing Library on NAS from two different PC?

Hi everyone!
I want some help to configure Musicbee on two different PC so that I can manage the library from both computers.
What I would like to do from both computer:
1) If I update the library (add or edit tracks) from a computer, the other one should update the library immediately
2) Manage the library from both computers. I want to edit tracks and add them while musicbee will auto organize my library

Is it possible without having any conflict? I have the latest Musicbee version from MS Store.

Questions / Best way to configure Musicbee with a NAS?

Hi everyone!
I have a NAS where I have stored all my music.
I want to use musicbee to listen to music on both computer, and I want Musicbee to be able to:
1) Manage my library
2) If I add a song from PC A, I want Musicbee on PC B to add it to his library too

What's the best way to do that? Should I use Musicbee portable or I can be able to install musicbee on both PC?

Beyond MusicBee / opus, aac or something else?

Hi everyone!
I usually rip my CDs in flac since it's loseless, but i wandered what files format will come out now that mp3 should be dead (and I hope so since it's terribile).
I read very well of opus that is open source and comes with a great quality (up to 500kbps). Do you think that it will became the next standard? Or aac is already too famous?

There are any good encoder for them?

Questions / MB freeze when I create an auto-organize rule

Hi guys, I have the latest version of musicbee, but when I try to setup auto-organizazion on my NAS every time MB will freeze. I Already use the music from that folder.

Questions / MB stop work if I search for a network share.

Hi guys, I have the latest MB version.
If I try to add a network share, MB will istantly stop working!
I have the same problem if I try to directly insert the IP or Host name of my nas.
Do someone know why? I have no error from MB, it will remeain stuck indefinitely

Hi guys, I was planning to use linux as main OS, but the lack of musicbee is stopping me
Did anyone tried it on linux, or there is a plan to made a linux version of it?
