MusicBee Wishlist / Allow disabling the cover in Playlist Headers

At the moment, the playlist header requires having a cover for the playlist set (either automatically pulled from the playlist contents, or manually added). I've somewhat got around this issue by setting the cover to a 1px transparent image, but that gives me this result:
It would be very much appreciated if a setting was added to remove the need for a cover completely, allowing the playlist header text to left-align properly.
Also: Minor gripe, but I noticed that the playlist banner image seems to stretch depending on the window size, rather than pad the image or crop it differently. I'm not sure if there's any way to circumvent this.
