ARTIST: PERFORMER (ARTIST-ROLE/INSTRUMENT)
This feature allows you to store information about opera vocal performers. You don't want to have them in the regular ARTIST tag, because that would result in very long tag value. Instead, You can put the name of the singer in the artist (performer) tag and the "Role - voice type" in the ROLE/INSTRUMENT tag, so you will come up with something like that: "Luciano Pavarotti (Kalaf - tenor). This will let you to organise your opera collection and to search library by roles, which is very usefule with multiple recordings of the same opera.

Do you use splitting for roles?

Exactly what were you doing when the error happened?

If you patch to the latest version (either 3.3 or 3.4)it's more than likely been fixed. See my sig.
It certainly won't be fixed in the version you're using.

Yeah, I know that it won't be fixed for the old version. I searched an image for an album cover.

Sounds like you have "Selected Track" chosen for track information rather than "Playing Track"  This can be changed in the drop down from the header menu.

A bug or some hardware related problems, but cover images in the right side panel sometimes aren't changed. For example I choose to playback an album that has only one proper cover. Then I chose to playback another album consequently who has its own cover, but in the right side panel the previous cover is displayed. The same effect if I choose an artist from the left main panel or clicking songs to playback of an artist in thw main panel. If I click on a track to playback the cover are changed as usual. MB v. 3.2.6902
P.S. maybe it's hard drive dying who knows

A known issue with Asio and these visualizers (search the fourm);  try using wasapi instead.  You might also want to update to the latest bassasio.dll (version 1.3.1.1 from 11-16-2018) here and see if that helps at all:  https://www.un4seen.com/stuff/bassasio.zip

Thanks for the suggestion. Wasapi  (shared) fixes the issue - no more speedup when using visualizer. Also the sharing issue that asio is notorious for is not an issue.

I know that the post is dead long time ago and the issue described seems to be unsolvable. Whether it's important or not, but I decide to report. I noticed recently if you tap on the mouse to navigate on the progress bar and release it after the spectrum visualization animation fades, there won't be clicking sound.
UPD: Headphone equalization can significantly diminish the sound.

I have an issue with volume analyzer after scanning one album with 0 gain adjustment, it requires me to decrease to -5.7db one track. After doing so and reanalyzing the track it demands again to change the adjustment but to -0,0db. I'm using the last version 3.2.6760
