Perhaps I was being stupid.

I interpreted "snapshot of all MusicBee setting" as something beyond the Save Settings Snapshot..  which is available. I now realise  that the greyed "snapshot of all MusicBee setting" may simply be an explanation of the available options below it to Save or Load.

Thanks for responding. Regarding your points

Installer version in Windows 10.
Not sure which folder it is trying to save to - can't find it in preferences but I may be being blind.
Temporarily turned off my antivirus (windows built in) but it did not help. Also tied disabling firewall but that didn't help either.

Thanks again for your response, any other ideas?

I'm using 3.3.7310.

Edit>Settings>snapshot of all MusicBee settings    is greyed out. Do I need to do something to enable it?

Hi

Musicbee remote is excellent. It would be really useful in the Library view if we could select by other tags besides the four (Genres, Artists, Albums, Tracks) that are currently available. In particular, I would find it really helpful to be able to select by composer when I am interested in classical music.
