Questions / Re: Import playlist with radio stations?
« on: July 02, 2017, 12:32:08 PM »
Yes, I had found that option, but I do not have an xml file. How could I import / copy radio stations in a pls, m3u and such? Or is there a way to first export such playlists to xml / OPML and after to import it to MusicBee? There are 136 radio stations (in a single list) to import.

I have the radio stations playlist (pls) open in MB, may be there is a manner to copy / get the stations to the "Radio" tab.

How can I open / find it?

Is there a way to import / copy radio stations from a pls, aimp or another playlist to a playlist (for Radio, in the Radio tab) in MusicBee?

if you want to group files by folders
I am not quite sure, I want to sort the folders (e.g. newest / last added folders on top, by alphabet or else) on the left side and display the music folders only.

Whatever I click here, "All Artists" keeps staying like it is:

You can find that option by right clicking in the column headers.
Yes, but I am not able to sort the folders like I want.

You can create a custom sorting set in the Sorting/Grouping page of preferences.
Yes, I had done without success.

The computer node is in the left navigator panel, which as mentioned is probably hidden and will pop up when you mouseover the left side of the window.

Yes, but it does not work anymore / at the moment:

Yes, OK, thank you very much

E.g. "Tracks"? And do you mean "Custom Views"?

Alright, many thanks, so there is no manner to select more than one item in that view and another one.

Thank you very much.

Yes, found the computer node and the pin.

The option you have selected in the screenshot does not group by folder (path). It groups them by the Album Artist tag and then the Album tag in the metadata of your music files regardless of the folders they are in.
And under 1. in the screenshot near "Sort", how could I show that path in the left panel or else?

Many thanks again

If you don't want to use the computer node,...
No, no, where could I find that computer node?

Check out Sorting under Sorting & Grouping in the wiki.

Preferences > Sorting/Grouping > 'files for each album are organised in their own folder'

I assume, those means the same. I have done that:

How could I group the panel on the left by path now? Where can I find: "that are available from 'Sort By' menu"?

Many thanks again
