Questions / Re: Location of Search Box in MB3
« on: June 30, 2016, 06:35:50 PM »
You shouldn't need to put the buttons in a separate bar for that.  You can clearly see the "grab handle" for the search box in your screenshot.  However, the search box can't be resized in the caption bar.

I think you got it wrong, the handle that you mention is on the previous version, MusicBee 2.5, that is where I want the search box to be located (centered). The other screenshot below it shows the current MBv3 that has the search box at the top right corner, soo far away from everything.

It's not exactly what I was looking for but it's still much better.

Thanks for your help

Questions / Location of Search Box in MB3

Hey guys, I recently upgraded to MB3 and while I like some of the changes and new customizations I found myself greatly frustated at not being able to move or even resize the search box:

Before v3:

After v3:

Is there really no way to change it back to a nice big size and centered location?

i guess thats good enough.. i would still like to be able to have the option to quickly chose to play/queue next/queue last, but it's just a minor thing.

thanks for the help

Questions / Playing more than 15 files from windows explorer
« on: July 29, 2014, 01:50:54 AM »
hey there!

im a new user and im loving it, but i ran across this problem that is quite inconvenient: if i select more than 15 files in the explorer i can't play them in music bee, the "play with Music Bee" or "queue next" just disappear from the context menu, and pressing enter does nothing either.

i searched the forums and found this one with the same problem: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=2399.0 in which Steven responds that it's a Windows limitation, but i have to disagree, since i come from Winamp and i 100% could do this before.
That post is 3 years old so maybe something changed by now, any one know how can i fix this?

thank in advance
