Questions / Re: search/locate a track without filtering playlist?

Thanks. Is there a way to change the behaviour of "double click" with "Queue Next + Next Track"? So with double click I can automate this.

Questions / search/locate a track without filtering playlist?
« on: May 29, 2020, 03:49:52 PM »
Hi,

let's I've a library with 10k+ tracks. I set random mode, play on the first track, and than let the musicbee select music for me while I'm working.

Now, let say I want to hear a specific track. So I search it, I find it and double click: it play. But now, when it finish, it still random between the playlist created after the search.

I'd like to iterate between the whole library, without the "temporany" filter.

Is there a way instead of "search and filtrate the library" (hence, double click => new playlist) to simply locate the tracks? And double click will requeue the whole library AND simply play that track in that moment.

I feel this behaviour very weird...

Thanks

I want the (#numberoftrackwithinthatentry).

I always used it in the past, I'm not able to reopen it...

Not sure what you are suggesting to me.
I clicked on Arrange panel, and than Panel Settings on "left main panel". But it opens the same window, where there isn't the possibility to enable the track counter :(

Hi all,

I've got the last version, but I'm not be able to show the number of tracks within each entry in the main panel. I can't find those preferences: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Layout_Preferences

Where are?

Wow, nice! It works perfect  8) Many thanks!
As last thing: where's the field "#" under Tracks? I can add it as field only on "Now Playing", not under Filters of my Library.

Hi all,

I play music from a filter in random mode. I'd like to highlights the current track when I switch to it. Now, once it change track, I need to double click on the title on the bottom panel.

Is there an option to this?

Thanks

Why on the same file (shared across my LAN), below the Genre tag (into the Horizontal's Column Browser), on my laptop I can see the ID3 written on the main Edit window + the tags into the Tag Inspector (so multiple Genre tags in the list),, than on my Desktop I can just see the tag into the Edit window (so only 1 genre tag line)?

Seems it ignores the tags inside Tag Inspector.
Same version of MusicBee.

Is there some options that I didn't checked?

Anyway: why on a version of MusicBee (under genre) I can see only some files, while in the other (on my Laptop) I can clearly see all genre/subgenre? That's strange. Do you see what I mean? Else I'll provide a screenshot (since the drive/origin is the same).

 :o

I've more than 10000 files, I can't click "..." to each file. Isn't there a way to delete those tags but the one in the right panel?
