Title: add station support

station function that collects "similar" and plays them should be there.
station based on artist and able to resolve online providers such as soundcloud, exfm etc
guys implement it cause its what `s gonna stand you apart .
Gone are days of winamp style music browsing and listening. Now when everything is online why don`t MUSICBEE ....

you can already use auto-dj to stream tracks from last.fm or have MB select tracks based on last.fm similarity...

that functionality is very limited.... and that too requires premium account...
what i`m asking is to stream desired track, desired artist, desired genre...
once  use "tomahawk". then u`ll understand what i`m saying.

i'm doubtful i will spend time over and above what is already done, but i will mention the auto-dj has been enhanced to include ex-fm but provides access to genre based stations with no subscription - its in the 2.1 version available from the first topic on the forum

ex.fm includes soundcloud as one of its sources
