I hope you don't mind but when I couldn't find a metro style icon to go with the Modern skin I decided to make my own by modifying your design:

You did a good job! Since I have just refined my Metro Skins, I decided to release a Dark (flat) set of icons.
This one comes with a start menu tile: you can find it in the first post.
