I've tried looking around the software for where to set it up. Can anyone give me a tutorial on how to connect an iPhone to MusicBee?

in the main preferences panel just tick 'detect iPhone/iTouch' and then assuming MB can recognise the iPhone, click 'Device Settings' to configure any settings you want to set
