Title: Some interface feature requests

Hi everyone,

some interface feature ideas for discussion and reference;

1) allow mousewheel to change volume when pointer hovers over the volume slider

2) a quick way to force a rescan of files from inside the library (i find myself deleting tracks from the library and re-adding them quite a bit)

3) a new category for the track browser: "decade" - 1970s, 80s etc.

You can already hit the Insert key (or click Tools>Rescan/Add Files) and it will open a rescan dialog from which you can have MB automatically remove dead links or add new files.

edit: regarding 1)
- does not work when the controls are in the sidebar
- i can scroll below zero which makes the volume jump to 100% (goes in circles)
- scrollwheel down is more and up means less - i think the other way around - "up = volume up" for me... no problem though. just a matter of preference i guess ;)
