Title: MetroColours (Light) BETA
Post by: lnminente on September 19, 2012, 11:13:40 PM
Light beta version in cyan, it could have some inconsistencies as i started from the dark skin, also the bitmaps are for the dark version yet.

Very nice lnminente, thank you! I haven't tested it much but seems to work well so far.

I like a lot, really good job, btw I found a bug, take look at the picture

the active tab is not readable. i think gray scrollbars like on the picture will better fit your skin.

Thanks! I've modified it, for my own taste, now it is really light hehe and better fit windows 8 default skin.

Can you send me or share here your mod? I'm precisely looking for the lightest effect possible
The buttons with "..." i think they were sharing the same value with another elements, will try it later.

For the buttons border search for this element and replace it for the following line:
<element id="Controls.DropdownButton.Default" bg="Ground+4" bg2="Ground" fg="Default" bdr="Ground-2" />

Add this  <element id="MenuButton.Border" bg="Ground-2" /> for the menu button border.

I like that flatter look using white ground+ variables. I will flat the main gui in a future version :)
