The last one is 2.0 RC1 or MusicBee 2.0.4628? thank you for the reply!!!! =)
Hi. I've copied the dll from the download (just one file in the download right ?) and placed it in the Plugins sub-folder.
I've restarted MusicBee bu am not seeing the Last.fm Stats tab on the bottom track & artist info panel. Other plugins I just installed are working ok such as Recommendations. Am I doing something incorrectly ?
Brian.
**I've the latest 2.0 MB beta installed.
Just out of curiosity, is there any way to refresh the stats without restarting MusicBee?Not that I know of, but my issue is with the "Last.fm" tab of this window. On my Muscibee set up, when I go to the "Playing Track" tab, there are 5 sub-tabs created by this plugin (Details, Last.fm, Wikipedia, youtube, Last.fm Stats). The Last.fm tab features information on the artist currently playing as well as a photo show of band pictures and then Recent and Upcoming Releases. But now that I'm going through this, I'm noticing that none of these other tabs (Details, Wiki,) are updating to the artist that is currently playing.

Hi, is it possible to make a version of this that displays stats from music listened to in the Musicbee library? This plugin is exactly what I wanted as I love this kind of stats and was hoping I could find something for that, but I don't use Last.fm, I just listen to the files in my library.

There's a library report function that does that already. If it's not detailed enough, try the Additional Tagging & Reporting Tools plugin.
Okay there's something I don't get...I just installed this plugin for Musicbee 3.0 but where can I found it? I don't have any new tab...its only available in the Now Playing Bar which is an element that needs to be included in the Panel Layout.
for musicbee 3 only
i have made a change so the Last.fm stats is now accessed from the Services node in the lest navigator and shows in the entire main panel
http://www.mediafire.com/download/mvb48tr92ed1vc6/mb_LastFmStatsPlugin%28for_MB_V3%29.zip
you will need the very latest MB3 version:

for musicbee 3 onlyNot sure what I'm doing wrong, but I've copied and installed the files in both zip files above, and I'm still not finding the stats in the Navigator. Can anyone post an image of how this is supposed to look in MB3?

Not sure if this is an issue with the stats plugin or related to the last.fm issues mentioned above, but the column for "3 Months" is displaying my Overall stats. This seems to be the only time period with an issue (Overall, 12, 6, 1 month all seem to be displaying correctly). I first noticed this about 2 months ago, but didn't post anything about it due to the other issues. Now I'm not so sure if this is related. I'm using the latest 2.5 release. Anybody else having same issue and is it with the plugin or caused by last.fm?I have this problem as well. It wasn't a big deal to me when last.fm was using their old site, but now that they updated I never go to last.fm and just use the MusicBee Last.fm stats plugin.
I have created a plugin that displays playcount statistics from last.fm (similar to the foo_silk plugin). When installed the plugin creates a new tab in the "Playing Track" panel (viewable via the Now Playing node or as a separate tab configured via the Panel Layout button by the search box). It works with MusicBee 2 or above
(http://getmusicbee.com/images/forum/LastFmStats.png)
it can show the top 20/50/100 playcounts over 12 Months; 6 Months; 3 Months; 1 Month; 1 Week for your:
- albums
- artists
- tracks
right click on the panel to change the settings
Installation
for MusicBee version 3.0+:
unzip the plugin: http://www.mediafire.com/file/3td2dmt2hd6vdk1/mb_LastFmStatsPlugin.zip/file (http://www.mediafire.com/file/3td2dmt2hd6vdk1/mb_LastFmStatsPlugin.zip/file)
- copy the files to the Plugins sub-folder of MusicBee
Any help?Works here. Try a different skin. Probably the default skin is the best bet for testing.

I'm using Absolute Zero, which is the very first skin. Which one is the default?MusicBee3 is the default.
I changed it to MusicBee3 and the plugin worked. I then changed the skin back to Absolute Zero and it's still working. I'm guessing this is what happened last time it worked: I must have changed the skin to something else and then back, after which the plugin worked briefly.I'm using Absolute Zero, which is the very first skin. Which one is the default?MusicBee3 is the default.
Steven will have to weigh in on whether the error is relevant.
This isn't working for me on 3.5.8447.
